Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan are the center of the silk road and it is the pathway of the ancient "silk road". Central Asia region, known as "Energy and Raw materials base", is rich in oil, natural gas, coal and minerals like tungsten, chromium, phosphorus and other minerals. It also provide wool, long-staple cotton and other agricultural products for the world.
Mongolia and Russia lie on the right side of China, thus we called them “the right wings”. They have extensive trade with China since Qing dynasty and path road is well known as “the Tea Road”. With the Russia taking dominance in interest, these two countries have a wide range of trading with China, such as energy, Minerals, and infrastructure construction. Afghanistan, Pakistan and India's lie on the left side of China, as known as the “left wings”, having a close relationship to the Chinese economics. Within the region, the industrial fundament is relatively week and the GDP per capita is lower than the global average. However, they have abundant natural resources as well as human resources, which means it is an idea place for industrialization.
Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia take the petroleum industry as their pillar industry and their industrial structure is relatively single. Rich-poor gap is enormous among these countries. On the other hand, Turkey, Jordan, Syria have the superior geographical position, with their industrial fundament, they are rich in tourism resources. In general, the seven countries in the Middle East are facing a larger infrastructure construction pressure, together with a broad market space.
In the Caucasus area, Azerbaijan, Armenia and Georgia's industry is mainly concentrated on oil refining, non-ferrous metal metallurgy. In the region of East Europe, Belarus and Ukraine have a certain level of industrial foundation, but their economic growth is not stable, and their financial pressure is very heavy. As the end of "Silk Road", their trade cooperation with China is relatively smaller.
“ The Belt and Road Initiatives” contains the specific plan of building the BRICS development bank. The BRICS development Bank mainly funded the BRICS and other developing countries infrastructure construction. It plays a very important strategic significance among the BRICS. BRICS are the letters that stood for these countries: Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa.
“China-Bangladesh-India-Burma economic corridor” was proposed by Chinese Premier Keqiang Li on May, 2013. And it was positively responded by India, Bangladesh, and Burma. The initiative will strengthen the friendship and cooperation among four counties, and set up the East and South Asia Internet communication.
